Alex Rowan
I picked up my first camera at sixteen, photographing friends' bands in dimly lit basements — chasing light long before I understood it. That instinct never left. After a decade shooting weddings, editorial fashion and commercial campaigns across three continents, I founded LensCraft to build a studio that treats every client's story with the same care as a magazine assignment.
Today the studio is a small, deliberate team: photographers, an editor and a client coordinator, all working from one shared standard — nothing leaves our hands unless it's something we'd hang on our own wall.
Light first. Pose second.
Every session starts with the light in the room, not a checklist of poses. I direct gently — a turn of the shoulder, a quieter moment between you and the people you love — and let the camera catch what's already happening. The result feels like a memory, not a performance.
